These little stands are all over the place in villages where there are houses still attached to the barns.....eggs, honey, potatoes, dry noodles in little hutches with a red metal cannister for coins. You just help yourself and pay for what you take. :-)
I have to say that the Egg Man from the Wednesday Market is still my favorite, though. Those yolks are orange! I used two eggs this week from each of these...and it was like a side-by-side comparison of yolks. An Egg Tasting. ha ha!
