This was in January.
Long enough ago for me to forget the "recipe" that I sent home with Mobileholmes. The first time I made mozzarella was with the Powells in VA....and admittedly, I mostly WATCHED it being made in the Powell's kitchen. But Mobileholmes has a local source for fresh milk -- which was irresistable to me. :-)
Hey...notice how - TECHNICALLY - I still watched someone else make it this time around, as well. ha ha ha!
Here is the link for anyone interested in trying some cheesemaking at home. It gives you the feeling of being so ....so.... artisanal.
