The Empty House

Our move happened last week.  Six movers and 9 hours of flurry =  empty house. 

That photo looks almost serene -- like a still-life of pleasant transition.  Here's another shot:

I am grateful, grateful, grateful for the easy weather....

We have some loaner furniture now - another thing over which I'm grateful.  But, things were pretty good even without furniture:

Ian arrived home just in time for them to be finished inside.  Which was a very lucky window of opportunity, for the GIRO D'ITALIA was on TV.   Clearly, that must be watched.  :-)
