The rest of the potatoes have all come out of the tub. They were so pretty and rosy before cooking, and then lost all that "blush" after I boiled them. I still don't know what they are called; I've never seen a fingerling with the pink tint before. But, they were delicious.
I think I'd like to try a second tub; but with the purples, since they grow much faster. It can't hurt to try.....and even if they don't get very big before the frost comes, that would still be okay. Like eating Purple Marbles. :-)
