I used the leftover egg dyes for some wool..... :-) The only one that really "took" was the cochineal. Apparently that beautiful yellow from the sandalwood prefers to attach itself to eggshells over wool. Still -- these make me think of ice cream. :-) Yum.

Oh YUMMM!! Now between craving icecream and racing out to buy wool (or in my case fabric) to dye you've got me going!!! I am supposed to be catching up on housework!!!!! Arrrgh
It was really fun....I love that you are thinking about dyeing fabric, though!!! Please post those photos and stories - and take it from me: Housework can wait. :-)
